I use whey liquid from draining sheep’s a2 yogurt to make it Greek Yogurt. And a tsp of persimmon vinegar. And a handful of frozen wild blueberries.

They are perfect. Best pancakes ever and always come out perfect! Butter & maple syrup. Crispy bacon too.
