Organic Pumpkin Seed PANCAKE MIX

This is the best tasting gluten and grain free pancake mix I have ever tried by far. It does not upset my stomach in the least, I feel good after eating it. It’s also very easy to cook and they come out fluffy and very similar in texture of traditional pancakes. I am a terrible cook, but these are very easy to make. I do add a little organic maple syrup and cinnamon to the mix and they are fabulous! I actually like that I have the option to add that or leave it out if I don’t want the added sweetness. My husband really likes them too…..this is one of the very few meals we can eat together…because of my strict diet. I love that I can order bulk and not have to pay shipping. I received email notices on the shipping so I would know when to expect delivery. And the bonus part is that it is very healthy and actually good for you and your gut! Time will tell on how much it improves my gut health..but at this point I’m just very thankful to be able to eat pancakes again and actually enjoy them! Thank you all very much at savor tooth!

Each product I have tried has been exceptional quality and very Tasty!

This pancake mix is easy to use, quick to make, and super tasty.
I follow the recipe on the package using goat kefir for the liquid and farm fresh pasture raised egg(s).
I use a Mexican cast iron comal to cook them on medium heat with a bit of avocado oil to provide a crispy texture.
Don’t make them too big as they’ll be hard to flip, I go for 4” diameter and plan to stack them for eating.

I always make a double or triple batch as these pancakes go fast. I store them in a sealed container in the refrigerator. You can warm them in the microwave or on the stove top (gives them back a bit of the crispy texture).
You can separate the eggs and whip the white folding it back into the mix for a fluffier pancake, but these are so good as is I never bother.

I top mine with homemade apple sauce (made using the instant pot) or maple syrup, but any topping will just make these delicious pancakes even better.

Growing up in a large family where Saturday morning pancakes were routine, I find myself craving them from time-to-time, but would resist the temptation due to all the lousy ingredients in standard pancake batter — Now I can satisfy those cravings knowing I’m doing my gut a good healthy thing with Savor Tooth Pancake Mix!
