Perishable fresh baked items only ship on Monday & Tuesday each week. Chips and mixes can ship any day of the week. Though I try to get orders out as soon as possible -- I am a one woman operation so it can take up to a week for your order to ship.

There is free-shipping with minimum purchase amount designated by state.
There is free-shipping at checkout if you spend a minimum of $125 for orders shipping to these states: Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Minnesota, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oregon, South Dakota, Utah, Washington, Wisconsin and Wyoming.
All other states will get free-shipping at checkout if you spend a minimum of $200.

Perishable fresh baked items are shipped fresh to be stored in your freezer when they arrive. These items are wrapped in insulated foil with ice packs, and shipped to arrive within three days. It is ok for items to arrive at room temperature as long as they arrive within three days.

Yes. The system automatically sends you an email with FedEx tracking number when your order ships

If your perishable fresh baked items arrives later then three days your order will be reshipped.
