1. SET UP
Oil a 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2 bread pan, and place parchment paper on the bottom.

2. COMBINE
Pour 3/4 cup (176g) into mixing bowl, then add one tbsp each of blackstrap molasses, honey, apple cider vinegar and coconut oil - mix into the water. Next, add the contents of this package and two large eggs. If desired you can add your choice of 3tbsp whole seeds to the mixture.
Yummy seeds to add are: pumpkin/chia/sunflower/poppy.

3. MIX
Beat on medium speed until batter is smooth - about one minute.

4. RISE
Scrape the thick batter into the bread pan. using a spatula spread the mixture evenly in the pan, and smooth out the top so it is flat. If desired you can sprinkle seeds on the top. Cover with a damp towel. Rise in a warm place (90') until it has doubled in size - usually takes about 45 minutes to rise.

5. BAKE
Bake for about 45 minutes in a preheated 300' oven. Let cool before slicing.

Storage
Store mix in a cool dark place - The freezer works great!
